Mix a little lemon juice, cayenne, essence of anchovy in a saucer. Dip prime eastern oysters in this mixture. Roll each on thin a slice of bacon. Next put each oyster on a skewer and fry in butter. Now place each oyster on a slice of piping hot toast and serve immediately.
